Biography

Nina Klymowska graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts where she studied on a full scholarship. In 1965, she received two additional scholarships to travel and study in Europe at the Cardiff College of Arts in Wales. There she taught art and worked on stage sets for the Welsh National Opera Company.

Her work was first exhibited in Europe in 1960 at the Palacio de la Virccina in Barcelona, Spain. In 1963, she had her first one-person show in the U.S. Since that time, Nina’s work has been exhibited in major cities in the U.S. and Mexico, and remains in various private collections.
